Information for Presenters – each presentation in the regular sessions is allocated 15 minutes, followed by 30 minutes for discussion. All rooms are equipped with multimedia facilities. If you plan to use a presentation, please bring it on a USB flash drive or another USB storage device. Please note that connecting personal laptops will not be possible. Presenters are kindly asked to arrive in their session room at least 5 minutes before the session begins.
