Conference deadlines

15 December 2025 – submission of thematic group proposals. Proposals for thematic groups should be sent to the conference organizers at socialboundariesofwork@gmail.com. Each proposal should include: the names, affiliations, and email addresses of the group organizers, the title of the group, an abstract (300–500 words). Optionally, you may also include a list of proposed presentations within the group, along with the names and affiliations of the presenters.

12 January 2026 – notification of acceptance of thematic groups. Organizers of the thematic groups will be informed about the acceptance of their proposals.

15 January 2026 – 1 March 2026 – conference registration and paper submission. Registration for the conference and submission of paper proposals will be available via the online conference form.

15 April 2026 – notification of accepted abstracts. Accepted abstracts will be announced after review by the members of the Organizing Committee and the Scientific Council.

30 June 2026 – registration fee deadline

30 September 2026 – publication of the final conference programme
